FAQ | Frequently Asked Questions

1. What procedures should I do to order stuff online?

a. Enter your user name and password or if you have not sign up on the site PEGASUS,
    you select the Register option and follow all procedures.

b. Then browse the PEGASUS website and choose the items you want to order by pressing the "BUY" button
    respective item and select "FINISH ORDER" to complete your order.

c. After the effected order, we will assign an order reference number and you will receive in your
    mailbox, as well as an email with the order receipt.

d. You can order by e-mail: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., phone or mobile.

e. The material is sent only after order value entry check on our account.

2. What payment methods are there?

PAYPAL - MAESTRO / VISA / MASTER CARD / AMERICAN EXPRESS
Payment with Paypal system has tax rate of 3.5% (service fee).

Cash: Only, if you pick up at store address.

POS (Point of Sale): The payment with the AMERICAN EXPRESS credit card has a tax of 3,0 % (service fee).

Bank Transfer: If you choose this option, after completed the order you will receive an email with:

»The reference number of your order;
»The description of the order;
»The total amount payable;
»IBAN to make a bank transfer.

The bank transfer can be effected at an ATM, a branch of your bank or over the Internet by homebanking.
If there are fees associated with bank transfers are the customer's responsibility.

After the bank transfer enter in our account is notified by e-mail, and the material is sent to the destination chosen by the customer.

Payments by bank transfer will have to wait for the confirmation of payment.

3. Payments by check?

Does not exist. Only VISA Check.

We use new technologies to reduce the costs of the traditional payment methods.

4. Can I order on the site and pick up in PEGASUS store?

Yes. At normal working hours. If you have an emergency contact us by phone. We are available 24 hours.

Orders paid by bank transfer, which takes 4-5 business days, unless out of stock.

5. How do you pay for freight rate transport when ordering an article in the on-line store?

Depends on weight and place of delivery.

Prices indicated added VAT at the prevailing rate. National and international delivery information on site.

6. Other observations to be taken into account in orders from the on-line store.

When ordering, you should always possible to mention the delivery address, a place where you always find someone who can receive the order.

The goods will always accompanied by the purchase invoice.

To pick up your order at the store, you should indicate the order reference number and the registration of the name on our website.

7. What is it SKU of a product?

The term stock keeping unit (SKU), is connected to the warehouse logistics and designating the different items of stock, it is typically associated with an identification code

(Dias, 2005, p. 194). A gas station can work with four SKUs (unleaded petrol, with lead, additives and diesel) and a supermarket can work with 60,000 SKUs, because any product difference  (size, color, taste), even with the same brand represents a different SKU (Dias, 2005, p. 71).
